Minor fixes to Bigtable related code #39

Fixes error where logging packages were out of sync (introduced in #37)
Makes test connection script more informative of success
Renames bigtable instance ID to mlab-data-viz

Merge this before #37

pbeshai - this PR updates pom.xml fixing an out of sync logging dependency, adds more verbosity to the bigtable connection testing script, as well as renaming the bigtable instance id.
