Ookla provides their own cli client.

A disadvantage is that the Ookla client doesn't support single stream, which is more comparable to ndt. Putting this in the long term backlog.

Based on discussion in our project call today, I've changed the title to evaluate the differences between the speedtest-cli client and the official speedtest web and speedtest command line tests.

If there are significant differences between speedtest-cli and official clients, we will either need to:

provide more context about the differences
or investigate whether we could create a web-based test runner to use the speedtest web interface
