Specify dependency on yum-cron for installation. #24

To install the RPM, the yum-cron package had to be installed. Document that the installer needs to first run sudo yum install yum-cron or if yum supports dependencies, do that.

This has been documented as part of #31. When that ticket is closed, this ticket should be closed.

I'm just going to close this as I feel like waiting would just be useless bureaucracy. it's already been added in the new README.
