This PR adds a PDF visualization of the throughput distribution of BBR-terminated tests compared to full-length ndt7 tests.

Did something change? When I reviewed I saw two lines (presumably PT and full ndt) - today I see only one.

I saw this when you commented it, and one of the queries on the panel was missing. It appears to be resolved now (I'm not sure how?).
