Fix search and jQuery error in docs

How many times have I already told you to open separate PRs for separate things?

IMO this level of detail does not belong here (in a 'getting your first system set up' context). This information is all in the awfs_client argparse, it's just not anywhere in the manual. I'd favor adding awfs_client to the Utilities page (as well as artiq_ddb_template and whatever else is missing, it's not the only thing.) FWIW this is on my list regardless and will happen in the next couple of weeks one way or another
