One last whole-manual copyedit run. No significant changes: added applet CTRL+ALT+W and experiment CTRL+P, slightly clarified installing Vivado outside of opt on Zynq, led -> led0 in the core tutorial to match artiq_ddb_template conventions. Fixed arrow types in Extending RTIO now that I've figured out how adding TikZ libraries actually works, which is in a separate commit so as hopefully not to cause trouble merging the other corrections to release-8 (?)
