Updated using svd2rust 0.16.1. #11

Apologies for the huge diff. It seems that in general src/foo.rs has become src/foo/mod.rs. Plus the new version of svd2rust uses a fairly different mechanism (albeit the resulting API is sufficiently similar that the HAL compiles without changes).

Seems fine, we ought to track upstream svd2rust anyhow.
