Testing was unable to find the LED. Further investigation revealed this LED is not controlled by the FPGA, but rather the PS7 (an oversight on my end). Looking into making the LED available through the migen-axi interface, but firmware support may need to be developed. Closing this PR as it is not a relevant edit.
