Add CHANGELOG #7

Hi @m-lundberg,

Just a suggestion, but I personally value finding a change log in the projects I rely on. Since you're already releasing the package in a way that looks like semantic versioning, I found realtively easy to figure out what the past changes have been, so here is a starting point if you decide to adopt the idea :wink:

Good catch on the dates @m-lundberg, oops! I applied both your suggestions. : )

It took me a couple of ttempts to get the co-author line right, no code changed in th last two pushes.
