fixes for remaining bugs from #18 and #19 :
transitive dependecy resolution should consider test-scope so that test-dependencies of non-test-dependencies are not added.
transitive dependecy resolution should consider optional flag of dependecies such that these are only added for direct dependencies and not transitive
dependency resolution should avoid reading the same model multiple times
etc.
fixes for remaining bugs from #18 and #19 :
