We need to move src/main/javadoc stuff from util repo to mmm repo.

Actually the entire maven site is not usable anymore with the new layout. While the new layout is fine to build and deploy it is pain for the site generation. The question is if we still need the aggregated maven site at all? We have an aggregated javadoc online at GH pages. Maybe that is all we need... For dashboard we have moved to SonarQube since a while... Detailed documentation is in Javadoc everything else in Wiki (e.g. FAQs).
