No feedback after answering Y to Do you have a dead device... #5

After answering Y to "Do you have a dead device and wish to continue? [y,N]:", nothing else prints to the monitor. I have triple checked wiring and tried using both particle serial monitor and the serial monitor provided by Arduino.

Installed CoolTerm and now get SWD Fault error...
