Rebrand canvas to smart lms #1

Create a base version of smart lms using the latest stable canvas branch. We can reuse the my campus clone theme and css. Apply all the chnages done to the my campus clone to the latest canvas stable branch.

Task list: ( Total estimated time for this task ~= 40 Hour ) 1) Branding and theming blue (20 hour) 2) css and other layout related(5 hour)
3) remove all the references of canvas to > smart learn (5 hour) 4) sms setup and email setup (5 hour) 4.1 sms gateway is required to send sms 5) plugins and social network integration with notifications(5 hour) 5.1) create twitter account of smart learns give me access user name: ? password ? 5.2) create facebook account for smart learn give me access user name: ? password ? 5.3) i will create apps there for users.
