Latency problem #93

We have the following feedback from students: [5:30 PM] Takes too long to answer questions since we need to perform a TLS handshake for every single question. Client-side answering with a final submit button would be better.

I can confirm that latency between USYD and TUM can be a problem, although the administrative interfaces work fine for me.

Maybe enabling HTTP/2 on the server will help?

We can certainly try!

The plan, however, was to do a local installation at USYD this year.
