refactor canteen editing #42

when not in sorting mode, show visibility icon and new rename icon only on canteen tap

edit icon converts canteen name text label into edit text (show keyboard automatically), a press anywhere outside the edit box saves the name
ime action should also save the name
also: decrease alpha of invisible canteens

-> the name dialog is no longer needed after that
