It doesn't work with Uppercase #18

Hi bro, First of all, thank you very much for the add-on, It's very useful and work well. But recently I've got an Anki deck with all the letters is uppercase and your add-on didn't work with them. I wonder if you could help me to solve it?

Please update the Anki IPA add-on, the issue should now be resolved.
