Selecting large and transformer SpaCy language models causes error in hosted app

All language models run sucessfully in local streamlit app environment, it is only when publishing to streamlit cloud that the app falls down.

• [ ] Check streamlit logs for resolution clues
• [ ] If unable to resolve, move to down to hosting two models; small and medium
