data file not in repo #11

When I try to compile the final report, I see:

> ohl <- read_csv("sams_ohl_data_request.csv")
Error: 'sams_ohl_data_request.csv' does not exist in current working directory ('/home/bbaumer/Dropbox/git/CMSAC-NHL-COVID-Impact').

Could this data file be added to the repo?
