Optimized Import + Fixes

Did some optimization for the import + few fixes:

• do not output pixel images
• optimized replaceUrls with https
• save post link from graphNode
• fix objectId in getImage
• import all post types that have message, picture or link (configurable)
• check if file exists before template output

First of all: thank you very much for your contribution! I'm currently working on V3 of the bundle which is going to be released in the next days. It's basically a rewrite of many of the current things (with lots of fixes and improvements), so I won't be able to merge your changes.

I'll go through the things you did though and see what can be implemented directly. Let's discuss the outcome then and see if your happy with it. :-)

I'm therefore closing this for now in favor of a reminder ticket #5.
