Add purchase price to equipment #20

Tank (would that be equipment technically?), Equipment, Food, Livestock, Additives.

May need to also provide a currency type? Maybe as an open field, although having set options would be more efficient (even if marginally)

Added! Currently, there is no option to specify currency. That will likely be a later feature.
