Packaging on ELPA #18

Is it possible to get this up on one of the main repositories, melpa for example? It would make installing much easier since most are moving to the package-based approach.

Woops, it's been there (GNU ELPA and MELPA) for a while under the name of vlf :-) I see the repository name (vlfi, remnant of the time this was still a fork) may cause confusion but renaming it would break existing links on the interwebs.
