Global minor mode #8

Add global minor mode which hijacks find-file and possibly similar commands with vlf.

As of version 1.2 there is customization vlf-applicability which offers finer control when vlf-mode is to be used or offered. The always value specifically channels all find-file and derived operations through VLF.
