feats: add port argument #117

on MacOS Ventura (13.5.1), Control Center use the port 5000 by default, so it's impossible to run RMS.

Hey @thomasync commit merged, many thanks! I also decided to change default port from 5000 to 5491 due to the conflict with the Control Center. Feel free to open more PR :) an help to improve the frontend is more than welcome 👍🏻
