should be the proper vue-cli-plugin-cordova. #2

Hi @m0dch3n. I tried your cordova plugin and it is awesome!

I should deprecated my plugin, and your plugin should be the plain vue-cli-plugin-cordova. I think this is the best way for the Vue.js community.

If you are ok, I'll make you the owner of https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-cli-plugin-cordova so you can publish your plugin there.

Please consider my proposal.

@dekimasoon maybe, when we switch, I should put the version to 2.0.0, as some people are already using your 1.0.0 which is a different approach, and not really compatible with mine...4

My plugin version can now be installed via 'vue add cordova'
