Hi, m0gg. I edited the tag section of the readme a bit. English is not my native language either, so if you find something wrong please re-edit.

I'm closing this unmerged because the recent development rendered the changes in 54c48adcbd528dc217b6615aff8bec2e5ab5192a irrelevant and unfunctional. The extension for the js-compiled dart files should be .js.dart2js and not solely .dart2js. As the current method for compatibility detection by the bundled dart.js works as long digesting is swiched off and there are no upcoming browsers that natively support dart, it won't be worth the effort to maintain further changes concerning compatibility. Sorry.
