Update documentation #61

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to improve readme.md file. It lags some content which I would like to add.

Describe the solution you'd like To complete the readme.md file, here are a few features I'd add:

  1. Adding the contributors column
  2. Adding a detailed description of the programs the project has been a part of. eg: GSSoC'23
  3. Adding "back to top" feature in readme.md file
  4. Adding the owner id

@m0hit-kumar Please assign me this issue under GSSoC'23 so that I can improvise and update Readme.md file.
