Loading a song without vocals causes crash #115

I haven't been able to confirm it is related to vocals but the only chart I can
get to load is the one that has PART_VOCALS. Just a wild guess but I think it
might be the vocals preview that displays in the 3D preview that is causing
this issue.

I can't replicate this issue by loading either an EOF file with no "PART
VOCALS" or a MIDI file without "PART VOCALS". Do you have a file that causes
this issue?

All of my files except one that I made with PART VOCALS recently. There were
some missing includes in the latest SVN so I had to make some changes to the
sourceto get it to compile. Maybe the problem will show up if you do a complete
rebuild.

I'll give it a try, but I maintain my own CodeBlocks project for the sake of
convenience, so I don't usually use the makefiles.

I tried rebuilding the application completely from both Codeblocks and the
MinGW makefile, but couldn't reproduce this problem with either Load File or
MIDI Import.
