INI Setting dialog allows a non-selected item to be deleted #119

If an INI setting is deleted, the dialog doesn't highlight any remaining 
settings, but clicking delete again will delete the last setting.  If possible, 
the dialog ought to highlight the selected item in the list box so the user 
knows which item will be deleted.
