"make clean" fails when already clean in foflc #181

Now that I'm doing some serious work on that Debian package and decided to add 
foflc to it too since all the source is here, I noticed this.

When I noticed it for EOF itself, I posted issue 145; the reasoning here is the 
same.

A patch for fixing this is attached.
