Add drum cues #206

I've thought about this before, but another user requested functionality along 
the lines of being able to assign a drum sample to each of the lanes in PART 
DRUMS so that playback would sound like a synth drum track.  I could record 
synth drum samples or perhaps there are some public domain samples, as I know 
DTXMania uses drum samples by the dozen.  This enhancement would also require 
the ability to assign a different cue to each lane, potentially on a per track 
basis (or maybe only for drums, since it's not feasible to provide samples that 
would sound good for guitar/bass).
