Piano Roll input broken #227

When using the Piano Roll input method I can place new notes but I can't modify 
existing notes in 5 lane tracks. I can't place any notes in Pro Guitar without 
causing a crash. Also, the lanes are reversed in Pro Guitar so if I hover over 
the orange lane the green lane is selected instead.

The Pro Guitar crash was due to me not having the new "eof.dat" with the orange 
note graphics. I still can't edit existing notes with Piano Roll input in any 
track.

I noticed that I was unable to place chords in piano roll mode, but I used that 
input mode so little I didn't realize it was broken..

I just committed a fix for the first part of the issue. Now I just need to fix 
the Pro issue.
