Individual note de-select doesn't work reliably #233

I can reproduce this by selecting all notes in an instrument difficulty and 
attempting to deselect some using CTRL+click.  It takes 3 or so CTRL+click 
attempts before the note is actually removed from the selection.

It seems to me to be something to do with the drag delay that keeps notes from 
being accidentally moved. If I steady the mouse before the Ctrl+Click it always 
deselects but if I hurriedly Ctrl+Click several notes some of them don't get 
deselected.

I tried clicking and moving the mouse a pixel during the click and the issue 
was showing up most of the time, probably every time the mouse actually moved 
during the click.

Nobody really ever mentions this problem and I generally can't cause it to 
happen reliably anymore.
