Spacebar is allowed to be used as a controller input button #66

If the user defines a controller button (ie. bass pedal) as Spacebar in
File>Controllers, EOF cannot read it correctly as input in Drum Record. 
Spacebar should be disallowed from being defining for any fret/pad/pedal in
the Controller Settings dialog.
