EOF's MIDI import discards the text from pitch shifts ("+" lyrics) #71

When MIDI import is used on a chart (ie. RB MIDI import), all lyrics that
are just a plus sign have the text removed from them.

I'm certain this was occurring on at least one MIDI I tried, but I can't 
immediately
find one to reproduce it on as an example.  If I see this come up again, I'll 
bring
it up again.
