"Ghost" lyrics can still be entered #80

*I found that if I place a pitchless lyric, leaving the text blank, EOF
allows me to place the existing pitch on top of itself to remove the pitch
from the lryic, leaving it lyricless and pitchess.  The only reason its
presence is known is that it is rendered in gray and the Info Panel display
its details when the ghost lyric is selected.  Alternatively, EOF allows a
pitchless lyric to be placed by mousing over the extreme top/bottom of the
piano roll, and if the lyric text box is left empty when defining the lyric
text, a ghost lyric is also allowed to be placed.
