Partially fixed in r130.  The new logic assumes that the line was recreated as 
is the
last defined entry in the line[] array.

If EOF eventually changes the before of re-mark, such as by sorting the lines 
so that
the re-marked line is NOT the last entry in the line[] array, this logic may 
need to
be redesigned, but otherwise it should work as-is.
