[Feature Request] Linear channels occupy the same virtual channel consistently #53

Hi -

Would it be possible to do this? ESPN would use one (and the same) virtual channel always; ESPN2 would use one; FS2 would use one, etc.

This is now included in v2.0.9 with the USE_LINEAR environment variable
