error is happening im trying to fiind the origin ip of ixl.com #69

The code is grabbing data from http://crimeflare.net:83/domains/ipout.zip which is currently down :(

I still keep getting a timeout on http://crimeflare.net:83/domains/ipout.zip when updating the db.

Error:

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='crimeflare.net', port=83): Max retries exceeded with url: /domains/ipout.zip (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fc079bd0d60>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out'))
