Add the ability to create a pom.xml #90

Maybe with an archetype, maybe just a simple pom. Maybe create a new archetype. Maybe figure out where the sources are and create a pom that will support sources on non-standard locations. Maybe move files to new locations.

This needs to be part of an independent maven support project. I will create or find such a project and move this issue there.
