--d2aflags设置部分d2a参数无效

使用--d2aflags设置duration_marquee或duration_still时，会遇到

ERROR: can't multiply sequence by non-int of type 'float'
ERROR: Danmaku2ASS failed, comments are disabled.

在convert_comments中有部分参数没有从字符串转换为float。
