添加了 erhandsome.org/~jqk/php/h5v/ 加了張截圖修復了彈幕時間的BUG，只保留兩位小數，原來的四位不能正常工作(至少在我的vlc里不能)，而且計算也有問題。

@910JQK I have added Tudou DouPao support, please check whether the code change would conflict with sH5V support.
