Change filetype name `r7rs` to `scheme.r7rs` for general and `scheme.gauche` for Gauche #85

Some markdown plugins provide subtyped filetypes like markdown.pandoc and markdown.gfm. Similar to markdown, Scheme has many implementations. To define scheme.* (or r7rs.*?) for specific implementations seems reasonable.
