AntiCheat Exempt Permission #1

The Exempt all permission is not working. I've updated to the latest version of AntiCheatPlus and still doesn't work. Could you please look into this.

Working on it. A fix will be in v2.0.9.

Fixed in build 2.0.9Dev-6 (And future public 2.0.9)
