Updated Readme to include details about url args. #188

Please consider adding more info on the main page as the url arguments are pretty useful when looking to quickly share a room with friends, etc.

Or maybe there could be "Share this room" button inside neko, or something like "create join link".

Perhaps a "url generator" where you can set the url args etc you want 👀

Yes. So starting with simple readme mention is good. Then we can improve.
