Landscape Swipeable Video/Chat Phone Support #337

Hi, it would be great if there was a room option for phone users, perhaps set by the host so that any host running Neko can have this how they like, where phone users in landscape mode would see the entire display in full screen but at any time they can swipe up to bring up the chatroom below and swipe down to bring the video back into full screen view, all of this in full screen landscape.

What I'm referring to is similar to how phone works on caracal.club where users watch a movie in full screen landscape while swiping up/down to chat below the video.
