No window to accept clipboard permission #338

How does someone accept clipboard permission, is it supposed to pop up automatically? Or is it only a one-time pop-up, if so how can I push the request it again? Or is there another workaround, as I do not see a clipboard icon on the right.

Yes I have HTTPS,

Looks like I can manually give neko clipboard permission in Chrome if it happens, but what would prevent the clipboard permission request from popping up.
