Add pricebook manager tab. User should be able to add multiple pricebooks. Fields on pricebook:
Pricebook name
Start date
End date
Is Active
User should be able to modify price on multiple products at once.
User should be able to modify price on particular product.
User should be able to modify price using currency value or percentage value.
Pricebook should be activated automatically by Start and End date.
