Modularize the installation #5

As mentioned in #4, some modularization during the install of it should be interesting..

For example: a school in the middle of somewhere wants it to create regular contests for their students they COULD implement notifications or not, and modular stuff like that.

Also it makes things more simple. As for the installation i suggest we go for something like the current CMSs in the market do. Step-by-step wizard and the user doing it can comfortably choose what it will be :)

I would appreciate something like that, and I think that each repo will be it's own installation and main repo will aggregate all others if users would like to get up all the system.
