I'm afraid the version from GOG has different checksums. I installed Gato Roboto on Linux using Lutris and tried using xdelta3 there but got target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT error.

Wouldn't be surprised if not supporting it is intentional on the grounds that you can't tell the difference between purchased and pirate on non-DRM copies.

Oh right. Just because the game might get pirated via GOG is enough to treat people that actually bought it as thieves? I'd rather go with "creator had only Steam version on hand and did not bother to support GOG version."

Would be cool if both of you stopped talking senseless shit. The only reason that GOG version is not supported is because I can't go on spending money on 5 different versions of each game. If you want it, either buy the Steam version or give me a legit key for the GOG version so I can make a patch for it.

For the record, you can also pirate the Steam version. It goes more on a moral side: You have to be a little piece of shit to pirate an 8 usd indie game.
