[x] Add a verbose flag to pyimg4 im4m info to print more information
[x] Add a pyimg4 img4 info command (essentially a combination of pyimg4 im4m info, pyimg4 im4p info, and pyimg4 im4r info)
[x] Add pyimg4 im4m verify to verify Image4 manifest with a build manifest (closes #14)

Requires #20 to be merged first.
